Pregabalin 300mg (Lecaent) is used to treat Diabetes-related nerve damage and inflammation (neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and postherpetic neuralgia) which can cause nerve pain. This medicine is utilised to reduce the number of pain-inducing signals sent by damaged nerves in the body.
Lecaent is also used to relieve postherpetic neuralgia after spinal cord injury. It is also used to alleviate widespread muscle pain and tenderness in addition to certain types of seizures in adults and children. It is a prescription drug.

How to use Pregabalin
Lecaent may be taken with or without food. It should be swallowed whole and not broken, crushed, or chewed. Lecaent is taken just after supper to maintain consistent levels of Lecaent in the blood. Your doctor will advise you to take once a day following a meal. It may be used at the same time each day, even though the amount of Lecaent in the blood is similar to that of Lecaent administered twice a day without food.
Adults may take up to 330-660 mg a day of Lecaent. It is usually used at the same time every day.
It is important to remember that although Lecaent is useful for people, it is also habit-forming or addictive in some cases.
Missed Dose
It is important that you do not double your next dose if you forget to take one.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember it, except if the next dose is due. Skip the missed dose if it is time for the next dose, and continue with your normal dosing schedule. Patients who forget to take their Lecaent extended-release meal supplement should take their regular dose before going to bed.
Patients who neglect to take their Lecaent dose before they go to bed should take their regular dose with their morning meal.
